Welcome to EveryInspector
The inspection industry recently came together to support the creation of the EveryInspector database which is maintained by the Master Inspector Certification Board, Inc., a non-profit, tax-exempt corporation. The Board is currently funded almost solely by this EveryInspector project.
EveryInspector is a massive database of nearly every inspector in North America. Many of these inspectors are not listed anywhere else online. They have remained, for the most part, under the radar, until now.
The EveryInspector database was meticulously compiled from data provided by inspection trade associations, laboratories, industry publishers, schools, franchisors and product manufacturers. It also includes new and under the radar inspectors who have placed tool orders, attended inspection events, registered for inspection courses, signed up for various inspection-related offers, incorporated an inspection company, applied for a business license, requested inspection-related information, etc. New inspectors are being added every day and the database is constantly growing and being cleaned. The Access database contains the email addresses and/or phone numbers of nearly every inspector in North America, and is broken down by city, U.S. state, and Canadian province.
The current number of inspectors in EveryInspector as of June 17, 2009 is 32,405.
The EveryInspector database is available to inspection trade associations, laboratories, publishers, schools, franchisors, product manufacturers, insurance companies, web developers, inspection industry vendors, local chapters, and anyone else who wants to contact the inspection community. It is silly for every one of the aforementioned to spend money and energy to mine for new inspectors and to maintain separate databases. The EveryInspector database is a shared database.
How To Order:
To receive the EveryInspector database on a CD in an Access file, send a one-time fee of $3,500 made payable to:

along with your name and mailing address. This is your buy-in fee to become an access holder of the database. A CD containing the current (as of the date of shipping) EveryInspector database will be mailed to you within 48 hours. You may also be asked to voluntarily provide any database of inspectors that you may already have so that we can incorporate them to EveryInspector, but this is not a requirement. We prefer email addresses and/or public business phone numbers only and ask that you do not provide us with any personal information.
Additional upgrades of our current database are then available for only $100, anytime you want one. About 10,000 new home inspectors enter the industry every year. Because of this, and the fact that we are so proficient at finding and adding new inspectors to our database, we recommend that inspection industry vendors purchase an upgrade ($100) every several months. We also recommend that vendors provide an opt-out option with any solicitation emails you send using EveryInspector.
